We are searching for someone who can improove our whatsapp platform for customer service (waziper). We would like to develop a function, or a module, inside our tool. Things to do:
1) a session that can organize our team members (attendants) in groups and sectors
2) our chatbot understand our customer’s demand (by words or numbers that he choose) and automatically directs him to the respective sector attendant that he chosen
3) an attendant can direct his chat with client to other team member continue the attendance in the same number (like PABX)
Something like zendesk, freshdesk, and other do…
Some other features that our tool already has: chatbot, bulk message, auto responder , contact extractor from groups and works in cloud (Digital ocean server).
